As an attentive contact person (m / f / d) of our tenants on site, you ensure the well-kept appearance of our properties and thus make a valuable contribution to tenant satisfaction

You look after technical systems carefully and ensure that maintenance and inspection intervals are adhered to

You recognize defects and problems in good time. Bring yourself in with suitable suggestions for a quick solution

You take on minor repairs and maintenance work yourself. If the use of external service providers is necessary, instruct them and make sure that everything is right

You will also reliably coordinate waste disposal and supervision of building cleaning and maintain the green and outdoor areas
